What to include
To help us help you faster:
- Payment or access problem: your payment ID or order ID, and the date you paid.
- Refund request: the words "Refund request" in the subject and your order ID. See the refund policy.
- A lesson is out of date (a button moved, an offer changed): the lesson name and what you see instead. Thank you — this helps every learner.
- Technical problem on the website: what you did, what you expected, and what happened, plus your phone or laptop and browser.
We do not offer phone support at the moment. Email lets us check your order and reply with the exact details you need.
