Terms and conditions
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These terms are a simple agreement between you and us. Please read them before you buy. By paying for the course, logging in, or using the course, you agree to them. How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
1. Who we are
The course on this website ("the Course") is offered by Axonova Technologies, based at Sunderbani, District Rajouri, Jammu and Kashmir 185153, India ("we", "us", "our"). The Course is created and taught by Anish and Atul Sharma.
- Website: https://courses.axonovatechnologies.com
- Email: info@axonovatechnologies.com
2. What you are buying
The Course is a self-paced, text-based online course about building software with the help of AI coding tools. It includes lessons, projects, prompts, cheat sheets and other learning materials, delivered through your account on this website.
The Course is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Google Developer Groups (GDG), Microsoft, GitHub, Anthropic, OpenAI, Reliance Jio or any other company whose tools are mentioned. Product names are used only to describe the tools you will learn to use, and belong to their owners.
3. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old to buy the Course yourself. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must buy the Course on your behalf and agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
Some tools taught in the Course have their own minimum age. For example, Google's Gemini API terms require users to be 18 or older. You must follow each tool's own rules (see section 9).
4. Price and payment
- The price is shown on the website at the time of purchase, in Indian Rupees (₹). It is a one-time payment, not a subscription, and nothing renews automatically.
- The price shown is the full price you pay, inclusive of all applicable taxes. There are no extra fees.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. You can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallet, as offered on Razorpay's checkout. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details. Razorpay's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment.
- We email you a receipt after payment. You can also view and print it from your account.
- For a problem with the payment itself, contact us first (section 17). You can also reach Razorpay through its support page, and you keep any right your bank or card issuer gives you to raise a dispute.
- Coupons and discounts apply only as stated on the coupon, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined unless we say so.
- If a payment is deducted but your enrolment is not created, contact us with your payment reference. We will either activate your access or make sure the amount is refunded.
5. Your account, login and access
Your account is linked to the email address you enter when you buy. There is no password: to log in, you enter that email address and we send you a 6-digit code that works once and expires after 10 minutes. Keep your email account secure, because anyone who can read your email can log in to your course account.
After a successful payment, your account gets access to the Course straight away. Details are in our delivery policy.
"Lifetime access" means access for as long as we continue to offer the Course on this website. If we ever stop offering the Course, we will tell enrolled learners by email at least 60 days in advance.
"Free updates" means that when we update or add lessons to the Course, you get them at no extra cost. It does not include separate future products, such as live cohorts or mentorship programmes, which may be sold separately.
6. Your licence to use the Course
We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the Course for your own learning.
You may:
- Use the code and prompts from the lessons in your own projects, including paid work.
- Share your own projects, and say that you learned with the Course.
You may not:
- Share your login codes or your account, or let other people use your account. One purchase is for one person.
- Copy, download in bulk, record, resell, re-upload or publicly share the lessons or materials.
- Use automated tools to scrape the website.
If we find an account being shared or the content being redistributed, we may suspend or close the account without a refund.
7. Refunds
Our refund rules are in the refund policy. In short: a full refund if you ask within 7 days of payment and have marked less than 30% of the lessons as complete.
8. Certificate
When you have marked every lesson in the Course as complete, you can claim a certificate of completion from your dashboard. You type the name to print on it, and it cannot be changed afterwards, so check the spelling. Each certificate has a public verification page that shows the name, certificate ID, issue date and the number of lessons and hours in the Course. You can print it or save it as a PDF.
The certificate shows that you completed this Course. It is not a degree, diploma or accredited qualification, and it is not issued by any university, government body or the companies whose tools are taught.
9. Third-party tools and offers
The Course teaches you to use tools made by other companies, many of which have free plans or special offers in India. We do not control those tools.
- Their features, screens, prices, free limits and offers can change or end at any time, without notice to us.
- We describe offers as we found them on the date stated in each lesson, and we try to keep lessons up to date, but we cannot guarantee any offer will be available to you.
- You are responsible for reading and accepting each tool's own terms (including age limits and rules on commercial use), and for any charges you choose to pay to those companies.
- No paid plan of any third-party tool is needed to complete the Course.
10. No guarantee of results
We work hard to make the Course useful. But we do not promise any particular outcome, such as a job, internship, income, or freelance clients. Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances.
11. Your conduct
When using the website or any community space we run, you agree not to post anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights, and not to try to break or misuse the website.
12. Our content
All lessons, text, code samples, designs and materials in the Course are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright law. Except for the licence in section 6, no rights are transferred to you.
13. Limitation of liability
The Course is provided for education. To the extent allowed by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, such as lost data, lost income or lost opportunities.
- Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Course is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be limited by agreement.
14. Suspension and closure
You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close your account without a good reason under these terms, we will refund the amount you paid.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page and, for important changes, tell enrolled learners by email. The terms in force when you bought the Course continue to apply to that purchase, unless the law requires otherwise.
16. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a problem, please contact us first; most issues can be solved quickly by email. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the courts at Jammu, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
17. Contact and grievances
